BEDSTUY, Brooklyn (LoudlabsNYC) – A man was fatally shot in the head inside 896 Park Ave at 7:28 pm on Monday within the confines of the 79 Precinct. Upon police arrival, they discovered 29-year-old male Theodore Smith who was unconscious and unresponsive. He was transported by EMS in critical condition and was pronounced deceased at Woodhull Hospital. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
