BROOKLYN: Man Shot at Crown Heights Baseball Field

According to officials, It happened around 5:30 am Tuesday morning at Rochester Ave & Eastern Parkway. When 77th Precinct units arrived they discovered a male in his 40s who was shot in the leg. An ambulance transported the victim to Kings County Hospital where he’s listed in stable condition. Shell casings were found inside the Arthur S. Somers Park baseball field with the closest intersection being Lincoln Pl & Rochester Ave. Police say the victim in his 40s was shot after allegedly arguing with another male. No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
