HARLEM: Man Shot by Playground

HARLEM, Manhattan – A man was shot in the back at 350 E 124 at 1 am Sunday within the confines of the 25 Precinct. Location was a NYCHA building and shooting took place next to a playground. He was transported to an area hospital.
