12.3.20 | Video by Gabriel | LOWER MANHATTAN – A man was shot. It happened at 15 St James PL at approximately 9:39pm Thursday night. Police upon arrival confirmed a man was shot in the face with non-life threatening injuries. At the crime scene police also found multiple shell casings. Currently police are searching for a male, black, who is 5’10, 30 years old regarding possible involvement in the shooting. Investigation is ongoing.
