MANHATTAN: 2 Injured in 3-Car Crash

FDR, Manhattan – A three-vehicle crash happened around 5:30 am, Saturday, at East 23rd & FDR Drive, within the confines of the 13th Precinct. Two occupants were treated for minor injuries.
