10.7.19 | Video by Adam Balhetchet | UPPER WEST SIDE, Manhattan (DCPI) – On Monday, October 7, 2019 at approximately 1929 hours, police officers assigned to PSA 6 were conducting a wellness check at 140 West 104th Street, #15D (Douglas Houses), within the confines of the 24th Precinct/PSA 6. Upon arrival, officers observed a 65-year-old-male with stab wounds to the hands and head inside the location. Officers also discovered a 60-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive. EMS responded to the location and pronounced both males deceased. The medical examiner will determine the cause of death and the investigation is ongoing.
