12.18.19 | by Adam Balhetchet | ELIZABETH, New Jersey – A worker fell a few stories and was killed. It happened around 12:30 am Wednesday at Seafrigo, a freezing shipping/receiving company located at 900 Fairmount Ave. According to his coworkers, Sebastian was operating a turret aka “swing reach” when he fell. He was pronounced on the scene by EMS. First responders told us off-camera that Sebastian wasn’t trained on how to use the equipment, nor was he wearing a safety harness. He was in his 40s and has a 10-year-old daughter who lives in Texas.
