6.29.20 | by LLNNYC | WEST VILLAGE, Manhattan – Hundreds of people celebrating Pride 2020 gathered in front of Stonewall Inn. It started around 10 pm Sunday on Grove St between Waverly Pl & West 4th St. A DJ in a bus played music and hundreds of revelers danced and sang. The event may not have been a sanctioned one considering no police barriers were visible. At one point, an FDNY EMS ambulance drove slowly with lights and sirens through hundreds of people, some of whom intentionally blocked the ambulance with dancing.
