ST ALBANS, Queens: [DCPI] On Sunday, January 13, 2019, at approximately 2216 hours, police responded to a 911 call of shots fired in the vicinity of 114 Drive and 196 Street, within the confines of the 113 Precinct. Upon arrival, officers discovered two males with gunshot wounds. A 33-year-old male was found in the driver’s seat of a 2012 Audi SUV with gunshot wounds to his head and chest. A 31-year-old male, who was a front seat passenger, was discovered behind the vehicle with gunshot wounds to his chest and legs. EMS responded to the location and pronounced the 33-year-old male deceased at the scene. They removed the 31-year-old male to Jamaica Hospital in critical but stable condition. There are no arrests at this time and the investigation remains ongoing. | Camerman: Matt Rosen
