MURRAY HILL, Queens – Sunday at 4:49 am a man was shot multiple times at 45th Ave & 164th street within the confines of the 109 Precinct. The 26-year-old victim was transported to Booth Memorial Hospital where he was pronounced DOA. There have been no arrests and the investigation remains ongoing.
