9.10.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | FIDI, Manhattan – A scooter rider was struck by a hit and run driver around 2:35 am Thursday in the vicinity of Pearl St & Ave of the Finest. The scooter rider was rushed to an area hospital in serious condition. The black SUV reportedly fled the scene after the collision. Highway units were on the scene investigating.
