4.11.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | BRONX – A tractor-trailer crashed through a highway barrier and landed on a roadway below. It happened around 11:43 pm Friday near Hutchinson River Parkway & New England Throughway. Both directions of the highway were shut down for hours. The driver was transported to an area hospital.
