5.1.20 | by Adam Balhetchet | GOWANUS EXPRESSWAY, Brooklyn – A jersey-plated vehicle was driving the wrong way. Police stopped the vehicle near where the Belt Parkway exit. He was restrained and sobriety tested. An ambulance was requested and he was transported to an area hospital.
