TIMES SQUARE, Manhattan – A person was assaulted and robbed in front of Broadhurst Theater located at 235 W 44th St. This happened at 11:30 pm on Monday within the confines of the Midtown South Precinct. An ambulance was dispatched to the scene for the assault victim and they were transported in stable condition to an area hospital. The suspects then fled the location in a Mitsubishi Galant with Pennsylvania plates headed eastbound on West 44th St. Police transmitted a level 1 mobilization in regards to the robbery.
